Services provided
A.D.H.D | A D Hway Design ("A.D.H.D | A D Hway Design," "I," "me") provides web design services to small businesses and individuals ("Client," "you"). Services include but are not limited to:
- Single-page, mobile-responsive website design and development
- Contact form integration
- Optional logo design (add-on service)
- Optional website hosting and monthly maintenance
- Domain setup assistance (domain purchased separately by client)
All work is performed by Destiny Holloway, operating as A.D.H.D | A D Hway Design, based in Cleveland, Ohio.
Any services not listed in your agreed package require a separate written quote and approval before work begins. Nothing extra is ever added to your bill without your knowledge and consent.
Payment terms & deposits
Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total project fee is required before any work begins. Submitting your deposit confirms your agreement to these terms and authorizes work to start.
Final payment: The remaining 50% balance is due upon your approval of the completed website — before it is made live. Your site will not go live until the final balance is received in full.
Accepted payment methods: Zelle and PayPal — both payable to Destiny Holloway. Please include your business name in the payment memo.
Invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in project delays.
Delivery timeline
Websites are delivered within 48–72 hours of receiving all your content. This means:
- Timeline begins: When you submit your completed intake form with all required information
- Preview delivery: I'll send you a link to review your site within 48–72 hours
- Revisions: You'll have time to request changes (included in the project)
- Launch: After final payment, your site goes live within 24 hours
Delays may occur if I'm waiting for additional content from you. The 48–72 hour timeline only applies once I have everything I need to build.
Revisions
Included revisions: Your package includes unlimited revisions until you're happy with the site.
What counts as revisions: Text edits, color changes, layout adjustments, and feature repositioning.
What doesn't: Significant scope changes (adding new pages, new sections, or new functionality not discussed in intake) require additional quotes.
Send revision requests via email with specific details. The clearer you are, the faster I can make changes.
Hosting & maintenance
Free hosting: Your first month of hosting is included with every package. After that, hosting is optional.
Paid hosting (optional): Monthly hosting is available for $40/month and includes:
- Reliable server uptime (99%+ guaranteed)
- SSL certificate (HTTPS encryption)
- Domain connection & setup
- Basic maintenance & updates
Your domain: You own your domain (purchased separately). I help you set it up, but you control it.
Maintenance: If you host with me, I handle updates and security. If you self-host, you're responsible for maintenance.
Domain names
You must purchase your own domain name through a registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, etc.).
I can help you:
- Choose a domain name
- Connect it to your website
- Set up DNS records
- Configure SSL certificates
You will own and control your domain. I do not purchase it on your behalf.
Ownership & copyright
Website ownership: Once the final payment is received, you own 100% of the website code and all content.
Copyright: Original design work and custom code are your property. You may use, modify, publish, or sell the website as you wish.
My rights: I may display your completed website in my portfolio (with your permission). I retain no ownership or copyright after final payment.
Third-party content: If you use stock photos, icons, or other third-party assets, you're responsible for ensuring proper licensing.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancellation during design phase:
Within 12 hours of paying deposit: Full refund of deposit minus $25 processing fee.
After 12 hours, before preview: 50% of total project cost is non-refundable (payment for work already started). You receive remaining balance as refund.
After preview sent: No refunds. Work is complete and deliverable.
Why we have this policy: This protects us both. You get your money back if you change your mind early. I get paid fairly for work already done.
Project cancellation after launch: Once your site is live, the project is complete. Cancellation does not apply.
Refund processing: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Limitation of liability
I provide the website and services on an "as-is" basis. I am not liable for:
- Lost revenue or business due to website downtime
- Data loss or security breaches (if you self-host)
- Client dissatisfaction with design choices
- Search engine rankings or traffic (no guarantees)
- Third-party service failures (payment processors, hosting, etc.)
My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project.
Client responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete information during intake
- Provide timely feedback and revision requests
- Provide all content (copy, images, logos) on time
- Ensure you own rights to any photos or content you provide
- Communicate clearly via email if issues arise
- Make full payment by agreed-upon dates
Delays on your end: If you delay providing content, the delivery timeline extends accordingly.
General terms
Agreement: By submitting your intake form or paying a deposit, you agree to these terms.
Changes to terms: I may update these terms at any time. Changes apply to new projects, not existing ones.
Entire agreement: These terms, plus the intake form and any written quotes, make up the complete agreement between us.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
